Started using it as part of my diabetes control. I take one in the morning with breakfast and one with my main meal aling with metformin and other meds. I am happy with it and will continue using it. I also use it as part of my acid reflux treatment. Not really sure about its effects on my diabetes cotrol yet. Will need to review this at a later date when i have my A1c done. I am sure though that it hrlps with reducing the acid reflux issues.

I started using these tables months ago which I purchased from Amazon but they ran out, I decided to purchase same type called Good State but alas not as good
These Berberine stopped the constant per feeling with diabetes and gave me trouble free nights, the others just didn't work.

I have been taking Premium Raws Berberine since January when i had to stop my Amiodarone because of side effects. I was taking it to keep my heart in rythm as a long time atrial fibrillation sufferer whilst waiting for a catheter ablation. I came across a study comparing Amiodarone to Berberine for the control of sinus rythm in AF patients which found no difference between the two in outcome so I tried the Berberine when I stopped the Amiodarone. I'm over the moon to say my heart has been in SR ever since ( 8 months now) and as of now I am reconsidering having the operation as as long as I keep taking berberine there will be no need. This is not medical advice but it has been incredibly successful for me.
